I went to iTunes and easily downloaded the ITEC conference podcast from 2005, then I went to their website and downloaded the handouts for the speaker to which I wanted to listen. Wow! This is powerful distribution – I wasn’t there, didn’t even know about ITEC at the time – and now practically, in real time, I am listening as if I were there. Reminds me of the Seal line, “How do I get to where I’ve come from?”
Podcasting (from Wikipedia) is the distribution of audio or video files over the internet from the subscription to a feed and then listened to on mobile devices and/or personal computers.
Now I wonder what other podcasts I should be Subscribing to so I can listen whenever and wherever is convenient.
